I took an action to review this some time ago.
1) wrt the Processor XPath Context, 2.6.1.1 says in-scope namespaces
are the namespaces in scope on the surrounding element, but 2.6.2.1
says the statically known namespaces are the namespaces in scope on
the surrounding element plus those from p:namespaces. Why the
difference?
Similarly, there is much more detail in 2.6.1.2 wrt in-scope
namespaces than there is in 2.6.2.2 about statically known
namespaces. . .
2) "they're in-scope" --> "their in-scope"
Otherwise, looks good to me.
