It's probably me..

Dear all,

It's probably me but it looks like some of us seems to introduce
heavyweight process thinking first and then ship

My understanding of a Community Group is exactly the opposite : it's a ship
first and then discuss in order to gather more people along the line and
then if necessary go to the whole W3C process

I'm really nervous about the fact that such heavyweight discussion may lead
to discourage people to join (which will be a shame)

So let's ship and then realign if necessary

So +1 to Jeni as editor, +1 to the first draft of Anne and +1 to anyone
coming with a start of what could look like a testsuite
