Its probably my fault for stirring  the pot … but from my perspective … I’d like to know “what kind of thing” we are “shipping” before putting it in the sea.
Then I’m all for “ship first then refine” but from what I can tell there is a definite disjoint in this even small group of WTF were trying to build …
If we don’t have a consensus on that how will we be able to go to the W3C and say “Look we have a working XYZ let’s get some weight behind it to make it good”.

Dear all,

It's probably me but it looks like some of us seems to introduce heavyweight process thinking first and then ship

My understanding of a Community Group is exactly the opposite : it's a ship first and then discuss in order to gather more people along the line and then if necessary go to the whole W3C process

I'm really nervous about the fact that such heavyweight discussion may lead to discourage people to join (which will be a shame)

So let's ship and then realign if necessary

So +1 to Jeni as editor, +1 to the first draft of Anne and +1 to anyone coming with a start of what could look like a testsuite
