> 1. Accepting the minutes from the last telcon [3] and
> the current task status [2] (have any questions, comments,
> or corrections ready by the beginning of the call).
>

Accepted.

>
> 2. Miscellaneous administrivia and document reviews.

Paul suggests a change in the WG telcon scheduling process
as follows:

If there has been no email indication of any progress--or
any other email request to have a telcon on a scheduled
telcon day--by Monday of the telcon week, Paul will send
out a status report instead of a telcon agenda, and the
telcon for that week will be cancelled.

There were no objections to this plan from those on this telcon,
but Paul is soliciting thoughts/objections from all those in the WG.
Please send email to the list.

Loren believes the latest document includes everything,
so the next step is to push it through the tool chain,
but that make take help from Henry or Michael. Loren
will try to contact Michael again.

We will need a diff (or list of changes) and a test suite.
Loren says the diff is already available.

We need to see if any of the changes are normative.
It appears that none of the changes require a chance
in the test suite.

ACTION to Loren: Check if any changes are normative and/or
would require a change to the test suite.

The WG has CONSENSUS to let Query define xs:numeric data type
in the XPath and XQuery Data Model spec.
