We have a list of implementations libraries on the wiki

   http://www.w3.org/wiki/Foaf%2Bssl#Implementation_Links

There should perhaps be a specially designed page for those, with a bit of blurb on each implementations. Well we do have:

   http://www.w3.org/wiki/WebID_Protocol_Implementations

Should we continue updating that page? 
At a later time this should probably be tied in with the test suite, to create pages that do this automatically.
