No reasoning. The spec is on hg, people can fork it and add stuff in their branch, and we can then merge it.
The precise description of the contributors is not at all final, as some people put their names up and then never really participated further. Putting the name up was a claim to contribute, so at the end we have to look at the real contributions people did actually make. (I hope I can get some external help to help me determine that so that it is done fairly. )
