Facebook are mediating access to user-created data; dispute seems to
centre around who legitimately controls and owns it. Power.com are (I
read) claiming to offer user-assisting tools to help users do things
they've every right to. Similar topic to the Plaxo/Facebook "Scoble"
dispute last year, regarding question of tools that exported (scraped)
email addresses from a contact list. IANAL.
