MMSem XG has a wiki

Dear All,

Per our action point:
ACTION: Jeff, Raphael to see if the W3C wiki can be used to maintain
these pages [recorded in
http://www.w3.org/2006/07/10-mmsem-minutes.html#action08]

We can announce you that the MMSem XG has now a wiki at:
    http://www.w3.org/2005/Incubator/mmsem/wiki/
It is configurated so that:
    - ALL can read the pages
    - The group participants can "read,write,delete,revert" the pages
More information about the wiki will be sent soon ...

I have also updated the main web page of the XG.
