OK, what I would propose is:

1.Move MARC from the "Work in progress [...]" section into the "Metadata element sets published as RDF vocabularies" one.

2. Replace the current text  at http://www.w3.org/2005/Incubator/lld/wiki/Vocabulary_and_Dataset#MARC

MARC has played a crucial role in the creation and exchange of library metadata. The [http://marcont.corrib.org MarcOnt initiative] has created an [http://marcont.corrib.org/ontology/marcont-2.0.owl OWL ontology] that includes [http://marcont.corrib.org/ontology/ a small sub-set of MARC elements], connected to other ontologies.
