Re: Joint Steering Committee for the Development of Resource Description and Access (RDA)

I was hoping that RDA would be de-acronymed earlier in the report.  
It's quite awkward to do it here. The name the group gives itself is

"Joint Steering Committee for the Development of RDA". I think we can  
give that followed by "(JSC)", and assume we'll spell out RDA elsewhere.
