[Backplane XG] Updated draft of XG final report

All -- attached is an updated draft of the final report, with Jack's text
and screen shot of SMIL and markup examples and figures added for the other
sections.

Still to do:

1. Expanded discussion of standardization recommendations: Steven

2. Conclusions: Steven

3. Edits to ARIA section and long descriptions for figures: Gregory

4. End-to-end editing, pruning: Charlie

5. References: Charlie

6. Stylechecker and publication request: Charlie

Let's shoot for the 15th to wrap this up.  I'll contact the webmaster about
publication around that date.  Takes a few days after that so should still
appear before TPAC...Thanks, Charlie
