Balisage XForms

Dear Owen and All,

"Balisage Series on Markup Technologies". As it is about "markup
technologies": technologies serving man's interests/intentions; and there
are geniuses of human societies read possibilities of languages...

This sentence by Walsh may supposedly be applied to the languages in
general --though he meant it to lightweight markup languages devoted to
information technologies such as the Web...

"Have you considered where they might be in your workflow"?
