ISSUE-150: Abstract how user navigates to a site for establishing a new relationship http://www.w3.org/2006/WSC/track/issues/ Raised by: Sunil Agrawal On product: 7.3 "aa) the user can navigate to a known preferred search engine," This is not as abstract as it could be (and I think should be). This interaction is for the user to find the site they are looking for, in a trustworthy fashion, given the information they have easily at hand. Using a known preferred search engine is one way (perhaps the only way we can think of right now), but we shouldn't preclude other ways. I propose the change: aa) the user can find the site they intended to go to in a trustworthy fashion
