Oslo f2f agenda planning

Hi folks,

I plan on getting us through all open issues on the June LC version of 
wsc-xit in Oslo. I'm hoping most, by now, are tractable (in that they have 
proposed resolutions so debate can be focused). That will leave us time to 
discuss what we will commit to after June, should our timeline be 
extended. Feel free to send me (or us) any thoughts on all this, or other 
agenda items.
