RE: transfer typo?

Thanks for catching this. I had previously wondered about what this text actually meant. The suggested editorial correction seems fine.

I also think a resolution to issue 8301 may likely change this text.

Subject: transfer typo?

In reviewing 8283 I noticed that Transfer has this text:
Such changes could affect elements or attributes that, for whatever reason, the
implementation does wish to allow the client to change. An implementation MAY
choose to ignore such elements or attributes, or it MAY generate a
wst:PutDenied fault.

It appears this came from issue 6924. While the editor monkeys did copy the text from the issue into the spec correctly, it seems like there's a "not"
missing from the first sentence between the "does" and "wish". Doesn't it? Gil? If people agree I can make this edit but I wanted to check with people first.

thanks
-Doug
