Since the section "3.2 Considerations on the use of extensibility points" describes that extensions MUST NOT contradict the base semantics, I suggest removing the paragraph [1]. This is consistent with how other extension points are treated/described in the specification. [1] WS-Eventing paragraph to be removed "/wse:RetryAfter/@any OPTIONAL extensibility attributes that do not affect processing." -----Original Message----- From: public-ws-resource-access-notifications-request@w3.org [mailto:public-ws-resource-access-notifications-request@w3.org] On Behalf Of bugzilla@wiggum.w3.org Sent: Friday, November 13, 2009 11:34 AM To: public-ws-resource-access-notifications@w3.org Subject: [Bug 8281] New: wse:RetryAfter extension semantics http://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=8281 Summary: wse:RetryAfter extension semantics Product: WS-Resource Access Version: PR Platform: All OS/Version: All Status: NEW Severity: normal Priority: P2 Component: Eventing AssignedTo: public-ws-resource-access-notifications@w3.org ReportedBy: gilbert.pilz@oracle.com QAContact: public-ws-resource-access-notifications@w3.org The semantics of the possible extension elements to wse:RetryAfter are under-specified.
