RE: [Bug 8165] Eventing: uniqueness of subscriptions

If the specification does not define at least one guaranteed mechanism to uniquely determine a subscription, I am concerned that the client may not be able to interoperate with the subscription manager since it does not know what the Subscription Manager expects.
