Ralph Swick has provided comment on our "Status of this Document" Section In that comment, he made the point that the purpose of the document is not well described he says (in part) "The SoTD says "This version is strictly based on the original Member Submission." Are there no changes at all? For what purpose is the Group publishing this document? I presume you have a purpose for publishing at this time and I urge you to state those purpose(s) in the SoTD so that the community may know what specifically it should be looking for in this version of this document. "None of the issues raised on the original Member Submission were incorporated in this document.." " and further "The SoTD only solicits reports of "errors". I also urge you to change that to a broader solicitation for comments. " Would anyone in the WG object if we changed in each of the five drafts (representative sample from WS-Enumeration): " This section describes the status of this document at the time of its publication. Other documents may supersede this document. A list of current W3C publications and the latest revision of this technical report can be found in the W3C technical reports index at http://www.w3.org/TR/ .
