WS-Policy Features and Interop Scenarios

Hi everyone,

The attached document enumerates features in the Framework and
Attachment drafts, identifies features that are covered by the
contributed interop scenarios [1] & IBM and MS on-going interop scenario
development and highlights features without any interop scenario
coverage.
