Justification- add clarity and consistency to existing approach and examples. Clarifies since distributive not this action. Target - WS-Policy Framework [1] Proposal: Change "Similarly" in Distributive item to following new item heading and text: Cross-Product wsp:ExactlyOne items may be combined using cross-product operation (and incorporating distribution of wsp:All) Test: not needed.
