RE: WS-Policy - Editors' Timeline

Given that actions 240 and 239 are open against the Primer, I think the editorial team is not ready to deliver the updated version of the Primer today.

Per Action-235, I tagged and delivered the updated version of the scenarios to the WG.

240 is not done.  I started doing it, and ran into about 7 editorial issues that I asked for clarification from Maryann on.    There was a bunch of formatting in what the WG approved that I wasn't sure how to translate into xmlspec.

g)  May 17th - deliver updated Guidelines document to the WG
