Round 4 Doc Interop Test Scenarios Ready for other scenarios

Folks,

 

I have completed the conversion of the UDDI Interop Test scenarios document
into Round 4 Interop test scenarios document, as communicated to the WG .

I have now completed adding the UDDI Test input and output files also to the
Interop/Round4/UDDI subdirectory.

The Round 4 scenarios document is now available for incorporation of other
Round 4 scenarios.
