WSDL 2: adjuncts description of #any msg content model unclear

Hi all, 

a last call comment on the 2005 last call draft of the adjuncts:

Sections 5.3 and 6.3 say: "if the value of the {message content model}
property is "#any" then the payload MAY be any one XML element."

I believe this MAY actually hides a hard constraint, it seems that "MUST
be a single XML element" would be more correct.
