To quote the Cambridge panto - Oh yes he did (attach a PDF that is).  I
wonder if the mail system where you were dropped it for you?  Because it is
important I have attached the PDF again and copied to the list as well
directly to you.  In a second mail I will send as as zip file only to you,
in case your systems are rejecting PDF files.
