Re: Revised version of the language specification

I've already sent the updated doc to the editors list on Monday afternoon. Unfortunately, I am not sure if people received it. I resent it this morning to the editors list and also explicitly to Greg/Dave/Yves. I haven't
heard from them yet.

The idea was to finilize the doc and produce XML (using Dave's scripts) by yesterday night. I am hoping
that this will be hopefully resolved by tonight.
