We had a testing call yesterday, and looked at our (mostly green!) test results between IBM, Microsoft and Sun. It's clear that testcases 1145 and 1245 (representing wsa:ProblemHeader) are not going to be implemented, and neither is 1260 (wsa:UnreachableDestination). Those implementers on the call seemed happy to suggest removing these two features from the spec. We'd like this added to the agenda.
