RE: Minutes of the Tokyo F2F

Actually, the whole minutes seemed to be garbled. Issue 59 discussion is
slapped in the middle of discussing telcon minutes (there is a
resolution that follows the discussion which is unrelated). It seems
that there is a cut and paste problem...
