I've updated the stylesheet for the issues list to link to the appropriate search query on the W3C mailing list search engine; each link will find messages that have the issue identifier in the Subject line. E.g., Subject: i001: My Thoughts on URIs <-- CORRECT will be associated with issue 1, whereas Subject: Issue 1: My Thoughts on URis <-- WRONG and Subject: i1: My Thoughts on URIs <-- WRONG won't (because they don't contain 'i001'). I've intentionally made it strict to get higher-quality results and to encourage people to identify which issues they're talking about; we'll refine this over time. Note that this is only for convenience, and not permission to ignore other, relevant discussion on this list! Cheers, -- Mark Nottingham Principal Technologist Office of the CTO BEA Systems
