As per my action item for last week, here is a proposal to close i039:

Rename our drafts:

  Web Services Addressing - Core
  Web Services Addressing - SOAP Binding
  Web Services Addressing - WSDL Binding

into:

  Web Services Addressing 1.0 - Core
  Web Services Addressing 1.0 - SOAP Binding
  Web Services Addressing 1.0 - WSDL Binding
