introduction of MAP and MEP terms

i tried sending this earlier using your home email, but it hasn't
shown up on the list, so sorry if you receive this twice.

the working Group thanks you for your comments recorded as
Last Call issue lc53, which they accepted, with the modification 
that the term MAP would no longer be used as an abbreviation 
and therefore not capitalised and the single use of MEP would 
not be used as an abbreviation and used expanded wherever 
it appears in the specifications, though may be capitalised.

I'm highly confident this resolution will be acceptable to you.
