I have created a pull request <https://github.com/w3c/wot-profile/pull/483> with a static HTML snapshot of the current WoT Profiles 2.0 Use Cases & Requirements document, for proposed publication as a Draft Note, intended as a snapshot of our work so far. FYI I note that the Pubrules checker currently generates an error because the system doesn't yet know that our charter has been extended.
