   … [22]https://www.w3.org/2021/06/smartcities-workshop/
… proposed date is June 25th but it may be changed
… WoT should be just a participant and the theme should not be
   limited to IoT or WoT
… will write a proposal about WoT's participation and ask for
   feedback

     [22] https://www.w3.org/2021/06/smartcities-workshop/

  Testfest / Plugfest

McCool: current schedule aims for May 1st
… TD may need more time
   … same for Discovery
… it may be extended to mid-May
… the plugfest could take place in the beginning of June
… we will need a plan on how to test the implementations prior
   to CR transition

    Discovery

   call for review: [30]https://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/
   public-wot-wg/2021Apr/0000.html
… will merge some other PRs targeted at fixing issues and allow
   for a two-week review

     [30] https://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-wot-wg/2021Apr/0000.html

    Scripting API

McCool: no formal call for review yet

Daniel: will talk to other members and decide if a new
publication makes sense, considering that the changes compared
to the previous version are minimal

  Liaisons

    ITU-T SG 20

   <McCool> [31]SG 20 Question 4

     [31] https://www.itu.int/en/ITU-T/studygroups/2017-2020/20/Pages/q4.aspx

McCool: we want to establish a goal, such as taking WoT TD as
   one of ITU-T adopted specification(s)
… there is still a long process ahead and we may need to update
   our liaison agreement with them.
… ECHONET has a TD-like spec. It would be good if they can
   fully adopt TD

Kaz: have been talking with them, they also got resolution for
the collaboration during their HQ meeting. I'll ask them
clarify their contact and continue discussion on
   interoperability, etc.

McCool: OGC is not listed as an official liaison. We would like
to have direct liaison with them.

  TF Reports

Daniel: scripting: still working on open topics

McCool: security: working on open issues

McCool: discovery: recently specified listing mechanism with
HTTP chunking with a WIP header-based approach pending.

McCool: marketing: website on main branch, policies
… no main calls for 4 weeks prevented progress as it was a
   policy to discuss there
… may need to have a policy to deal with long cancellations
… blog post to be published
… few captions ready, some pending
… video publishing in China. Youtube is not available there and
some alternatives host videos might be illegal in other
locations. Not comfortable hosting W3C materials in such
platforms. So would like to confirm the proposed host is legal.

Kaz: will wrap up the discussion within the Team

[will have a plugfest call after 10 minutes on the same webex
   channel.]

   <kaz> [adjourned]
