Sebastian: Any objection to publish the minutes?

Sebastian: kaz please bring them to the public

Sebastian: we have reviewed the F2F minutes in respective task

McCool: thought april 25th is the deadline for proposal, before
   next main call

Kaz: actually, the deadline is 30th of april but can be
   extended, I think

McCool: then we can delay the resolution to next week

   <kaz> [21]submission

     [21] https://www.w3.org/2021/06/smartcities-workshop/speakers.html#submit-form

McCool: we should do a separate doodle for the F2F

   <kaz> [ so vF2F doodle should include June 21-23, 28-July 2 ]

  blog post

   <kaz> [23]blog post

     [23] https://www.w3.org/blog/2021/04/wot-explainer-video-and-web-site/

Ege: w3c has tweeted this, I have retweeted it with our account

McCool: we have discussed in marketing to allow retweeting from
trusted sources, w3c is the only one now

McCool: the tweeting policy is on the marketing wiki

<sebastian> proposal: The group accept the new entry of the
marketing policy rule: "An exception is made for retweeting
tweets from a "trusted source", which may be done immediately,
as under "immediate posts" above. Currently "trusted sources"
include only posts from W3C but the list of trusted sources may
   be expanded in the future."

Resolution: The group accept the new entry of the marketing
policy rule: "An exception is made for retweeting tweets from a
"trusted source", which may be done immediately, as under
"immediate posts" above. Currently "trusted sources" include
only posts from W3C but the list of trusted sources may be
   expanded in the future."

     [25] https://lists.w3.org/Archives/Member/member-wot-ig/2021Apr/0008.html
