Hypermedia controls as platform bindings

Here are some slides I contributed to the WoT F2F in July 2015, with some updates to clarify a few things.

This describes the idea of protocol/platform bindings to different RESTful platforms that consist only of explicit hypermedia controls.

There is an example of a single TD with hypermedia bindings to 2 different platform APIs that expose a similar application model (light control)
