[TF-TD] Meeting minutes + Topics for breakout session

Dear TD and WoT members,

please find the meeting minutes of Wednesday's web meeting here [1] or at the TD wiki page [2] (thanks to Darko Anicic for scribing).

To find a list of topics for the breakout session in Sapporo I set up a wiki page [3]. There you can already find the proposals that was discussed yesterday. Please feel free to comment on it or add further topics.

Please note there will be no regular TD web meeting on 28th October due to the WoT f2f meeting in Sapporo.
