WebView CG meeting schedule

Hi all,

Just as an FYI, Qing and I are planning to use the following schedule for
the CG meetings:
- Every 2nd Tuesday of the month, 07:00 UTC
- Every 4th Tuesday of the month, 14:00 UTC

I updated next week's meeting to be in line with this schedule.
