RE: Heads-Up: Plan for Working Group on Second Screen Presentation

Hi Philip, Anssi, all,

We at Fraunhofer FOKUS will be on-board and will support the Working Group. 
@Anssi I think we can extend the existing charter text to cover new important topics we already discussed in the last iteration of the API especially multiple display/screen support and UA<->UA.
