The topic you mentioned does warrant further clarification and elaboration in the WG charter, given the group has received further input from its participants since the CG charter creation. Feel free to suggest text to be incorporated in the draft WG charter. As per the W3C Process a WG charter must define the scope of the group’s work among other requirements [1]. To make the charter as concrete as possible and thus easier to review, we should enumerate the anticipated Rec Track deliverable(s) in its own section with a short description of each deliverable in addition to describing the scope in more broad terms.
