Re: Call for Consensus (CfC): WebRTC-NV "Low Latency Streaming Use Cases (Section 3.2)

I support the addition of the "low latency streaming" use cases in 
section 3.2.

Note: I think that N15 should be reformulated to be technology agnostic. 
Today it assumes a) that data transport is the important thing to 
control and b) that SCTP heartbeat and RTO values are appropriate controls.

I have filed #91 to track this.
