IMHO ORTC has some good stuff that can be reuses (ice/dtls transport), but the rtpsender/rtpreceiver are just a m-line wrapper with a json api. >From my point of view, we should decompose it into lower level functional components (encoder/decoders and rtp transports) with proper js api.
