Announcing location of the June 19-20 meeting

We've earlier doodled [1] for best dates for a WebRTC f2f meeting in 
Stockholm, and concluded that June 19-20 are the best choice. (And this 
doodle in turn was actually preceeded by probing the possibility to meet 
in conjunction with the summer IETF meeting - but the feedback we got 
was that the IETF week was already long and exhausting.)

At the April 12th VI meeting [2] we proposed to pick those days and meet 
in Stockholm, but got the feedback we should check if meeting in North 
America, or a virtual meeting, would be preferred over Stockholm.

Therefore we ran a poll [3]. The poll result does not give support for 
changing to a virtual meeting, or move the location to North America.

Our conclusion is that we should stick with the original proposal, and 
we will meet
