Recycling WebRTC 1.0 at Candidate Recommendation

As many of you may have noticed, since WebRTC 1.0 reached Candidate Recommendation (CR) on 02 November 2017 (see: https://www.w3.org/TR/webrtc/ ), 70+ pull requests have been merged. 

In preparation for the June 19-20 Face-to-Face meeting in Stockholm, our intent is to produce an internally consistent version of WebRTC-PC that can be recycled at Candidate Recommendation, based 
on review of submitted PRs (see: https://github.com/w3c/webrtc-pc/pulls ) and input from the WG at the May Virtual Interim. 

If you have encountered issues with implementing or deploying the WebRTC 1.0 CR, there is no better time to file Issues than right now:
