The editor team just pushed out a new version at 

http://dev.w3.org/2011/webrtc/editor/webrtc.html  (hit reload a few times as caching seems broken on this web site) 

This adds a several of the proposal that have been on the email lists (ice state, peer state, idp, stats, etc) so there is some stuff in this draft that is pretty rough. I think it it is good enough to help drive the conversations on how to refine these.
