@jan-ivar thanks!  Whats the preferred issue for this discussion then?

Also, point taken, but I think the issues are tied together (at least at some margins), since if you're not allowing sites to see all categories of device pre gUM, then there will be cases where you don't want to fire `devicechange` even when the # of devices in the category goes 0 <-> 1.
