Having headaches with ECMAScript 6 references - need references far into
internals there. Solution: Terminology section inside the error handling
section that defines terms only used within the error handling section.
Six more pull requests for renamings of the rest to DOMException (#184
to #188). These should be easily integratable, need to make sure list
has time to see them first.

Harald will poke the list.

Closing this PR - #162 is still the bug.

Release of editors' draft: After discussion with Cullen, the chairs have
decided that we'll release it, and take the comments on the list. Dan
will push today (and follow up any merges we decide on when the new
version is out).

Stefan got no reaction from the list to his email.
We don't have consensus on "fire negotiationneeded" vs "fail"; we need a
