Actually, if you go to the link
<http://docs.mroftalpbew.org/wiki/css/properties/background-clip>, it shows
"unknown domain: docs.mroftalpbew.org". There is no meta tag (and no
robots.txt), so it will fade away due to being irrelevant faster than due
to any kind of blockage (because there is none at the moment).

Hopefully this will go away soon enough.
