Re: Readiness markers deployed

The purple box should be removed — and not by using CSS to display: none or
HTML comments to comment out the code. It should be removed on the content
level — from mediawiki. There's no need to ask mediawiki to run a function
to create a piece of content that we don't want. It's better for
performance and for long-term viability to retire completely something
that's not needed anymore.
