I have a few questions:

1. Should we delete the redirect while moving?
2. Will adding to the main content 

    {{Flags | High-level issues=Merge candidate}}

enough to flag like we want (suggested by  elizerb)
3. The /wiki/javascript page offers to move all subpages… should we only do this instead?
