Blogging guidelines and calendar

Hi All.

I've posted the blogging guidelines that I circulated to the community before the new year, placing it at http://docs.webplatform.org/wiki/WPD:Blogging. As part of our communication and community engagement, we'll need a regular cadence of blog posts. I'm happy to get this going, and I'll be reaching out this week to a few individuals for input into posts for special announcements and to get our regular posts (WPW, etc.) rolling again.

But there's no reason for me to hog all the fun. If anyone else wants to help or even own coordinating the calendar, feel free to speak up.
