Each of us gravitate towards aspects of webplatform. I mentioned in today's meeting a "tools team," and that it has a need for ongoing tasks. Others are focused on system administration and infrastructure, maybe an "infrastructure team." One person might want to be on two teams. Couple the thought of teams with today's meeting discussion on giving people a bit of recognition or title, and you end up with bragging rights like: Data wrangler on the Tools team. Linux guru on the Infrastructure team. Template glyph fiend on the Semantics team. Artisan in the Design team. Badger in the Steering team. ...and so on... It would be fun to admit people to teams where they get sometimes-funny titles assigned based on contribution.
